Liability insurance companies require proper licensing of the company performing the work. They will extend insurance to unlicensed individuals but exclude any work not done under the proper licensing.

Electrical Safety and Inspections
We recommend yearly inspections of the electrical system.
Flickering lights can be an early indicator of electrical issues. Intermittent outlet problems can be as well. Just because it has started working again does not mean it is safe. This can often be caused by a loose connection which has the potential to build up a lot of heat. We recommend you have our certified electricians come out and evaluate the issue immediately.
Breakers trip for a number of reasons: overcurrent (wire protection), ground faults (personnel protection), and arc faults (fire prevention). Breakers very rarely just stop working; most of the time problems can be traced back to one of these three issues. Your breaker is there to protect the wire, personnel, or fires and is likely an indicator of a larger issue which should be evaluated by a certified electrician.
No, there is minor wobbling that occurs when the fan is on high, but a large wobble or noise should be evaluated by an electrician. Ceiling fans need to be secured to the structure of the home and installed on a fan-rated box. When unqualified people install ceiling fans, they do not know what to look for and often install fans on improperly rated boxes which poses a huge safety concern.
Billing and Costs
Air conditioning is the largest contributor to your power bill in the summer. The power company also has higher rates during the peak times of year.
Surge Protection
A surge protector protects your house from temporary overvoltage issues that can come from various sources, such as nearby lightning activity, power company spikes, and electric motors within your home like large appliances and air conditioning units. Level 2 surge protectors installed on the main service carry a warranty to back their products. New services are required to have surge protection by code. Surge protection is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your home.
