I’m blown away at the knowledge, integrity and professionalism Tyler exhibited in helping us show the insurance company the extensive damage our home sustained after a lightening strike. The insurance... read more company hired a third party company who only found a fraction of the damage the lightening and power surge did in which they only wanted to pay $3800 in damages. My home sustained over $16,000 in electrical damages alone. Tyler came out a second time and met with the third part adjuster to show him the melted breaker boxes and all other damages the insurance company refused to pay for. As a result all electrical damage was paid for! I can’t thank this amazing company enough for helping us in such a difficult battle. Clay really took his time during the assessment and made sure to answer any questions I had. Once I hired Genuine, Clay & Cullen showed up on time and did the installation within 5 hours! They taped down plastic sheeting where they worked so they didn't leave a mess and they wore covers over their shoes while in the house. They did a professional job and I'm very happy with their work. During the installation, Clay made sure he answered any questions I had. After they were done with the installation, they stayed while I fired up the generator and everything worked perfectly! They honored their original quote and weren't pushy with selling other things.
