The insurance... read more company hired a third party company who only found a fraction of the damage the lightening and power surge did in which they only wanted to pay $3800 in damages. My home sustained over $16,000 in electrical damages alone. Tyler came out a second time and met with the third part adjuster to show him the melted breaker boxes and all other damages the insurance company refused to pay for. They taped down plastic sheeting where they worked so they didn't leave a mess and they wore covers over their shoes while in the house. They did a professional job and I'm very happy with their work. During the installation, Clay made sure he answered any questions I had. After they were done with the installation, they stayed while I fired up the generator and everything worked perfectly! They honored their original quote and weren't pushy with selling other things.
